Oh, Rats!!
Here is a cute little rat you won't mind having in your kitchen. This rat is a magnet
Materials:
2 pieces of cardstock in lavendar and purple
scraps of pink and white cardstock
Magnet (I used a cut up magnet that came in the mail from a pizza delivery place)
Glue
Markers
From the Purple cardstock:
Cut a large oval (about 3 inches by 4 inches)
Cut two half ovals for the ears
From the Lavendar cardstock:
Cut a small oval (about 2 by 3 inches)
Cut two inner ear shapes that are just a little smaller than the purple ear pieces.
Cut a tail
Cut two arms and two feet
Cut a head for the rat.
From the Pink scrap:
Cut a heart for the nose
From the White scrap:
Cut two buck teeth
Glue the small oval onto the large oval.
Glue the arms, tail, and feet to the back of the large oval.
Glue the head shape to the front of the large oval.
Glue the ears together with the small lavendar pieces on top of the purple pieces.
Glue the completed ears to the back of the head at the top.
Glue the heart where you would like the nose.
Glue the buck teeth under the nose.
Use a marker to draw on eyes and whiskers.
Write "Oh, Rats!!" on the center of the small oval.
Glue a magnet to the back of the rat.
